We are currently recruiting for the following position:

Assessment Social Worker, Newham – Immediate start with ongoing contract. Paying £38.50 per hour

  • Strong post-qualified experience in Children’s Team – Assessment, Duty work
  • Experience with CIN, CP, and LAC cases
  • Completing SWETs
  • Writing Section 7 reports
  • Conducting Section 47 assessments, strategy discussions, and ICPCs
  • Managing complex CP cases, including visits, Core groups, RCPCs
  • Managing CLA cases, including statutory reviews, PEPs, and visits
  • Undertaking Section 47 investigations
  • Writing court reports and attending court proceedings
  • Participating in Strategy Meetings, network, and professional meetings
