Milton Keynes is looking for a Social Worker to join their MASH Duty Team.
This is a non-case holding role, focused on responding to referrals, assessing risk and ensuring appropriate action is taken within agreed timescales.
Key responsibilities:

Review referrals allocated by the Team Manager

Complete actions within agreed timescales

Liaise with parents, carers and professionals

Identify risk and protective factors
-
Assess thresholds using the MK Level of Needs framework

Apply relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures

Make clear and evidence-based recommendations
This is an excellent opportunity for a Social Worker with strong front-door, MASH or safeguarding experience who enjoys fast-paced assessment and decision-making.
Rate: £38 per hour
