About the Role
Manchester City Council is currently seeking an experienced Social Worker to join the Integrated Neighborhood Team (INT). This role is ideal for practitioners with a solid post-qualification background who are confident working in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload within the Gorton INT service
- Undertake statutory assessments and interventions
- Work collaboratively with partner agencies and internal teams
- Maintain accurate, timely case records and care plans
- Support adults and families to achieve positive outcomes
