Tripod Partners is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join the Looked After Children (LAC) service in Luton. You will manage a caseload, undertake statutory visits, assessments and care planning, and work within care proceedings to contribute to permanence planning.
You will liaise with carers, schools, health professionals and other agencies to deliver high-quality, child-centred social work practice while supporting the voices of the children in decisions and planning.
