Qualified Social Worker needed for our Children in Care Team in Newham. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to join Newham's Children in Care Team. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people in care, helping them achieve stability, permanence, and positive outcomes while working within a supportive and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of children and young people who are looked after by the local authority.
- Develop and review care plans that promote safety, stability, and long-term wellbeing.
