Tameside are in need of a CP Chair/IRO.

Tameside are either looking for 1 full-time candidate who can fulfill both roles OR 1 part-time IRO and 1 part-time CP Chair (approximately 18 hours per week).

Responsibilities and Key Skills

  • Chairing CP conferences and looked after Children Reviews.
  • Recording CFC reviews, obtaining the voice of the child, working alongside partner agencies, overseeing care plans, challenging areas of concern, chairing initial and review CP conferences, gathering views, making decisions, formulating plans, maintaining records, and participating in potential audits.
  • Child-focused approach with a commitment to achieving the best outcomes.

Contact length: 3 months, with potential for extension.

Office-based role with some working from home opportunities.

We are looking for 2 part-time workers: one CP Chair and one IRO.
