Tripod are recruiting for an experienced Team Manager Occupational Therapist to work in the Harrow area.
Hybrid working
Role – Locum Team Manager Occupational Therapist
Hours – Full time ideally
Contract Length – Ongoing
The role is responsible for leading the delivery, performance, and strategic development of an efficient operational referral, assessment, care management, commissioning, and review service for adult service users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a commitment to the Council’s Equal Opportunities Policy and implement the policy in relation to job responsibilities.
- Ensure compliance with responsibilities as laid out in the council’s health and safety policy and promote a positive health and safety culture.
- Promote and participate in the council’s individual performance appraisal and development initiatives and information management best practice.
- Ensure compliance with the council’s information security policies and maintain confidentiality.
- In accordance with the Immigration Act 2016, converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English.
