We’re seeking 3 passionate, team-oriented General Practitioners (VR) to join our growing, modern medical practice located in the thriving northern Perth suburb of Banksia Grove.

Make up to $350K+ per year | 65% Billings | Future Ownership Pathway | Accommodation Available.

Whether you’re looking for a high-earning independent contractor role or the stability of a generous salary, we have the flexibility to suit your goals.

Remuneration Options:
  • $300,000 salary in year 1, with a review to $350,000 in year 2 if KPIs are met
  • $1,250/day minimum guarantee for 6 months as an independent contractor
  • 65% of billings – average GP billings expected to reach $4,000/day within 6 months
About the Role:
  • Standard appointments: 15 mins, from 8:00am–12:30pm and 2:00pm–5:00pm
  • Lunch/admin/results time: 12:30pm–2:00pm
  • Late shifts (until 10pm) on Mondays and Fridays – 1 shift per fortnight shared among doctors
  • Weekend rotations: One Saturday and Sunday per month (shared evenly)
  • Practice accommodates 4+ GPs – as our team grows, after-hours coverage will reduce
  • 4-year exclusive contract, with a 10km non-compete zone for 6 months post-resignation
The Ideal Candidate Requirements:
  • Fellowed GP (FRACGP or equivalent)
  • Committed to collaborative, team-based care
  • Interested in growing with the practice and potentially taking on a leadership/ownership role
  • Experience or interest in mental health, ADHD, or infusion services is a plus
  • International trained GPs welcome to apply, sponsorship available
