Senior Social Worker needed for our Community Health and Social Care Team in Exeter, Devon. Pay Rate: Up to £35 ph.
Location: Exeter, Devon
Team: Community Health and Social Care Team
Working Pattern: Hybrid working – Office & Home (pending service needs). Required to be in the office on negotiable days.
About the Role: In this full-time position, you will play a key role in delivering high quality, person-centred social work practice. You will work with adults with a range of complex needs, empowering individuals to live independently and safely while ensuring statutory duties and best practice standards are met.

- Undertake strengths-based assessments and develop personalised care and support plans
- Work collaboratively with health partners, voluntary services, carers, and families
- Manage a varied and complex caseload with confidence and professionalism
- Apply legislation including the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005 and safeguarding procedures
- Make defensible decisions that promote wellbeing and positive outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely records in line with organisational and professional standards
