Residential Home Practitoner : Dereham, Hethersett and Hindolveston. They need candidates available in the area with: * L3 NVQ Residential Childcare * Min 2 yrs experience * Schedule 2 checks * Able to support young people with complex social and emotional needs- crisis intervention * Ability to relate to Young Person and their current issues, able to do sports and activities. * Resilience, deescalation techniques * Full shifts, nights and days- mixture
