The Supervision and Support of Foster Carers and the safeguarding of children and young people in their care.
The Supervising Social Worker supervises foster carers in Croydon assisting with the recruiting, assessing, supervising, training, and supporting foster carers and children in their homes.
Promoting and ensuring that Croydon provides quality, professional fostering services for children and young people.
To undertake a range of statutory duties in accordance with the Children Act 1989 and in relation to children and their families who are in need/ in need of protection, and other child care services.
