We are pleased to be recruiting a committed and enthusiastic Social Worker to join our Early Help Team within Children’s Services in Clackmannanshire. This is an excellent opportunity to work as part of a supportive, close-knit, and forward-thinking team, focused on delivering early, preventative support to children, young people, and families.
The Role
- Undertake early intervention and preventative work with children and families
- Complete strengths-based assessments and develop proportionate support plans
- Work collaboratively with families to build resilience and improve outcomes
- Engage closely with partner agencies, including education, health, and third-sector services
- Manage a varied caseload, prioritising timely and effective interventions
- Maintain high-quality case recording and contribute to multi-agency meetings
What We’re Looking For
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work
- SSSC registration (or eligibility)
- Experience in children and families social work (Early Help / preventative experience desirable)
- Strong communication, assessment, and relationship-building skills
- A commitment to child-centred, strengths-based practice
