We are seeking a social worker with experience working in a duty and assessment team.
The duty week occurs every 4-5 weeks and includes:
- Completing initial assessments.
- Attending strategy meetings and undertaking S47 investigations.
- Formulating and executing CIN plans and CIN reviews.
- Stepping up/progressing cases to ICPCC/PLO and court. PLO/Court experience is desirable but not mandatory.
Flexibility:
- Hybrid working and working from home are supported as long as work is completed.
- Expected to be in the office at least 1 day a week (team day) on a non-duty week. During duty week, the social worker will need to be in the office every day.
Experience Required:
- Need candidates with TM level experience who can hit the ground running, demonstrating skills in data-supported decision making, supervisions, and the ability to work independently.
