We are looking for a Children Social Worker to join a Looked After Children Team, paying £38 per hour!

About The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled social worker to make a meaningful difference to the lives of children and young people in care, while working within a supportive and established local authority team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of Looked After Children and young people.
- Undertake assessments and develop effective care plans.
- Ensure children are safeguarded and their needs are consistently met.
- Conduct statutory visits and reviews in line with legislation and local authority procedures.
- Work closely with children, young people, families, foster carers and other professionals.
- Prepare reports and contribute to Looked After Children Reviews and care planning meetings.
- Support permanence planning and promote positive outcomes for children.
- Work collaboratively with partner agencies and other professionals.
- Maintain accurate and timely case records in accordance with professional standards.
