The Role
As a Children and Families Social Worker, you will manage a varied caseload and work closely with children, young people, parents, carers and partner agencies to assess needs, manage risk and provide effective social work interventions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking comprehensive assessments of children, young people and families.
- Developing and reviewing child-centred care and support plans.
- Managing a varied caseload in line with professional standards and statutory requirements.
- Assessing and managing risks relating to children and young people.
