About the Role
Are you a passionate and experienced Social Worker ready to make a lasting difference in the lives of children and families? Leicestershire is seeking a skilled Children and Family Services (CFS) Social Worker to join our dedicated Adoption Assessment and Support Team.
Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our Adoption team, you will:
- Undertake adoption assessments (e.g. PARs, step-parent adoptions)
- Deliver post-adoption support to families and children
- Provide guidance and intervention to support permanency planning
- Work closely with adoptive families, children, and other professionals to ensure best outcomes
