Senior Practitioner – Caerphilly Council – Complex Case Team – £43.60 per hour
Provide an enhanced level of social work skills and expertise within the team in order to develop and maintain standards of practice and to deputise for the Team Manager on specified occasions. This will include direct supervision of Social Workers, Students, Volunteers and Support Workers.
Assist the Team Manager in the continued development of high quality service delivery.
Work with the Team Manager to ensure that the team provides an appropriate service within current legislation, regulations, guidance, and the Directorate’s policies and procedures.
Manage a caseload of complex cases.
