About the Role: Bradford Adults with Disabilities Service is seeking an experienced and committed Adult Social Worker to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive local authority setting while earning a competitive hourly rate of £35 per hour. You will work with adults with learning disabilities and/or physical disabilities, supporting them to live independently and achieve positive outcomes in line with the Care Act 2014.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake Care Act assessments, reviews, and support planning
- Work collaboratively with service users, families, carers, and partner agencies
- Complete Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interests decisions
- Manage a varied caseload in line with statutory duties
- Contribute to safeguarding enquiries where required
- Maintain accurate and timely case records
