About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed practitioner who is passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people and is looking for a well-paid contract role. You will work with children in care and care-experienced young people, ensuring their safety, stability, and long-term wellbeing through high-quality, child-centered practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of Children in Care
- Complete statutory visits, assessments, and care planning
- Prepare and update care plans, pathway plans, and reviews
- Ensure the voice of the child is central to all decision-making
- Work closely with carers, families, and multi-agency partners
- Maintain accurate and timely case records and reports
