Tripod Partners is seeking an experienced Applied Behaviour Analyst to join our team and play a vital role in shaping a rehabilitative and restorative environment. This is an opportunity to make a real impact, supporting individuals in custody to develop positive behaviours and engage with meaningful change.

About the Role

As an Applied Behaviour Analyst, you will apply evidence-based principles to assess and support individuals in custody, promoting behavioural change and rehabilitation. Your work will focus on:

✅ Developing & Implementing tailored interventions to reduce challenging behaviours such as violence, self-harm, or disruption.

✅ Empowering Individuals to engage with the prison regime and unlock their potential.

✅ Collaborating with a Psychology Team to guide and support operational staff in managing complex behaviours.

✅ Creating a Safer Environment by influencing positive change for both staff and prisoners.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct behavioural assessments and identify intervention strategies.

Develop and implement individualised support plans.

Train and support staff to apply behavioural techniques effectively.

Work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Educate and mentor individuals on the function of behaviour and its role in rehabilitation.
