Tripod Partners is seeking an experienced Applied Behaviour Analyst to join our team and play a vital role in shaping a rehabilitative and restorative environment. This is an opportunity to make a real impact, supporting individuals in custody to develop positive behaviours and engage with meaningful change.

About the Role

As an Applied Behaviour Analyst, you will apply evidence-based principles to assess and support individuals in custody, promoting behavioural change and rehabilitation. Your work will focus on:

✅ Developing & Implementing tailored interventions to reduce challenging behaviours such as violence, self-harm, or disruption.

✅ Empowering Individuals to engage with the prison regime and unlock their potential.

✅ Collaborating with a Psychology Team to guide and support operational staff in managing complex behaviours.

✅ Creating a Safer Environment by influencing positive change for both staff and prisoners.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Conduct behavioural assessments and identify intervention strategies.

🔹 Develop and implement individualised support plans.

🔹 Train and support staff to apply behavioural techniques effectively.

🔹 Work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

🔹 Educate and mentor individuals on the function of behaviour and its role in rehabilitation.
