Advanced Social Worker needed for our Children in Care / Care Leavers in South Glos, paying £41 ph.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Social Worker to join our Children in Care / Care Leavers service. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well-established service that values creativity, reflective practice, and high-quality outcomes for children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Holding a caseload of children and young people within the Children in Care / Care Leavers pathway
- Completing regular statutory visits, assessments, and care planning
- Capturing and embedding the views, wishes, and feelings of children and young people into all aspects of practice
- Supporting children placed both within and outside the local authority area, including travel where required
- Working collaboratively with partner agencies to ensure positive, stable outcomes
- Demonstrating advanced practice skills and contributing to service quality
