About the role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Adults Social Worker to join the Adults Social Care team in Brighton. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing vital services to adults in need of care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing same day discharge, admission prevention, safe and timely discharge from acute floor.
- Care Act assessments, MCA’s, Safeguarding knowledge.
