Acute Occupational Therapist

Occupational Therapist Acute Frailty/Medical/AMU Location: Epsom Start Date: ASAP Hours: 37.5 hours per week Contract Type: Temporary, Locum We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team working in an acute medical setting, primarily focusing on frailty, medical, and Acute Medical Unit (AMU) patients. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver high-quality OT input as part of a multidisciplinary team * Provide discharge planning support, including assessment and intervention * Work efficiently across a rapid assessment framework * Support patients through rehabilitation and recovery in a care of the elderly setting Essential Requirements: * HCPC registered Occupational Therapist * Demonstrated experience in acute medical, care of the elderly, rehabilitation, or rapid assessment environments * Strong general OT skills, particularly around discharge planning * Excellent communication and organisational skills
