Tripod Partners are looking for a Band 6 Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) to join a dedicated multi-agency team on the Isle of Man. The role involves providing forensic and holistic care to individuals affected by sexual assault and rape.
Key Details:
- NMC Registered Nurse with 4+ years post-registration experience
- Experience in gynaecology, sexual health, ED, general practice or related fields is desirable
- Previous SANE training is ideal, but full training will be provided if needed
- Includes telephone support, evidence collection, and holistic patient care
- Willingness to undertake further specialist training and clinical supervision
Requirements:
- Strong safeguarding knowledge and ability to work in multi-agency settings
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including out-of-hours cover
- Must be non-judgemental, empathetic, and discreet
