Tripod Partners are looking for a Band 6 Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) to join a dedicated multi-agency team on the Isle of Man. The role involves providing forensic and holistic care to individuals affected by sexual assault and rape.

Key Details:

  • NMC Registered Nurse with 4+ years post-registration experience
  • Experience in gynaecology, sexual health, ED, general practice or related fields is desirable
  • Previous SANE training is ideal, but full training will be provided if needed
  • Includes telephone support, evidence collection, and holistic patient care
  • Willingness to undertake further specialist training and clinical supervision

Requirements:

  • Strong safeguarding knowledge and ability to work in multi-agency settings
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including out-of-hours cover
  • Must be non-judgemental, empathetic, and discreet
