Tripod Partners are seeking experienced Inpatient RGNs to join teams across multiple hospital wards. This role involves delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in inpatient settings across Cheltenham, Stroud, and Gloucester. Shifts are available on an ongoing basis, with flexibility to choose from a range of day, night, and weekend shifts after registration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and manage individual treatment plans.
- Monitor patient health and administer medication and treatments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate records in line with professional standards.
- Support and reassure patients and their families.
Position Details:
- Location: Cheltenham, Stroud, and Gloucester
- Duration: 3 months initially
- Hours: Various shift patterns available (days, nights, weekends)
- Pay Rates:
- Weekdays: Β£21.45/hour
- Nights & Saturdays: Β£26.72/hour
- Sundays & Bank Holidays: Β£31.55/hour
Requirements:
- NMC-registered RGN with recent ward-based experience.
