Job Title: Mental Health Practitioner – Initial Response Service Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner to join the Initial Response Service in Lancaster, North Lancashire. This role involves working in a dynamic 24/7 service to provide timely mental health assessments and interventions. Key Responsibilities * Conduct risk assessments to ensure safety and wellbeing of service users. * Provide timely communication of risk management strategies to other professionals and agencies. * Deliver high-quality care, supporting service users with diverse and unpredictable mental health needs. * Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure holistic care. Position Details: * Location: Lancaster, North Lancashire * Work Pattern: Shifts covering a 24/7 service (full-time or part-time available) * Contract Duration: 3 Months * Rates: * Weekday Rate: £25.00 per hour * Saturday/Night Rate: £33.00 per hour * Sunday/Bank Holiday Rate: £40.00 per hour * Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available Requirements: * Core profession such as RMN (NMC registered), OT, or Social Worker. * Experience working in a fast-paced mental health environment. * Proficiency in risk assessment and management. * Ability to work across shifts and as part of a multidisciplinary team
