Tripod Partners are looking for a Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join the Psychiatric Liaison Service in Redhill. This role involves providing urgent front-line mental health assessments for patients referred from the Emergency Department or medical wards. The service supports individuals aged 16 and above, delivering responsive mental health care within a general hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct mental health assessments in A&E and on medical wards.
- Triage and manage mental health crises for patients presenting with a range of needs.
- Liaise with hospital staff, community mental health teams, and other external services.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation and communication across care pathways.
Position Details:
- Location: Redhill
- Duration: Ongoing ad-hoc shifts available daily
- Hours: Flexible (day and night shifts)
- Pay Rate: 26.55 per hour
- Work Pattern: Shift-based, 7-day rota
Requirements:
- NMC registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
- Band 6 level experience in a psychiatric liaison setting.
