Tripod Partners are looking for two experienced Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to join a District Nursing Team in Banbury. This is a full-time role providing high-quality community-based nursing care to patients in their own homes. Key Responsibilities * Provide holistic nursing care in the community, including administering medications, injections, and insulin. * Perform wound care, leg dressings, and compression bandaging. * Manage catheters (male & female) and support end-of-life care. * Operate syringe drivers and manage drains (chest, wound, etc.). * Conduct patient assessments and work within a multi-disciplinary team. Position Details * Location: Banbury * Setting: Community / District Nursing * Contract: 3 months (10/03/2025 – 10/06/2025) * Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) * Shift Pattern: 08:00 – 18:30, Monday to Sunday * Pay Rate: * Weekday: £21.56 per hour * Night/Saturday: £26.79 per hour * Sunday/Bank Holiday: £31.01 per hour * Travel: A full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential for this role.
