Alcohol Recovery Coordinator

Recovery Co-Ordinators – Essex – 3 Vacancies We are currently recruiting for 3 Recovery Co-Ordinators to join a new contract in Essex, supporting the PAIRS alcohol service commissioned by Essex County Council. Positions are available in the following locations: * Basildon (South Essex) * Colchester (North Essex) * Harlow (West Essex) Key Details: * Start Date: ASAP * Contract: Ongoing * Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday * Pay: Flexible, dependent on experience and qualifications * DBS: Must be on the Update Service or issued within the last 12 months Key Responsibilities: * Complete client assessments and recovery plans * Manage client caseloads and track progress * Deliver one-to-one and group interventions * Support clients in accessing education, employment, and wider services * Collaborate with partner organisations for coordinated care * Maintain professional and accurate records * Conduct outreach to promote service accessibility Requirements: * Experience in substance misuse, mental health, or social care * Strong communication and organisational skills * Knowledge of trauma-informed and recovery-focused approaches If you're interested in supporting recovery across Essex and meet the criteria, get in touch today to discuss further
