About the Role
As an Experienced Social Worker in the Children’s Social Work Team, you will work directly with children in need, those on child protection plans, and looked-after children. You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, and work in partnership with families and multi-agency professionals to safeguard and promote children’s well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a complex caseload of children and families, providing high-quality social work interventions.
- Conduct assessments and reviews to determine appropriate support and safeguarding measures.
- Work closely with health professionals, schools, police, and other agencies to deliver effective, joined-up support.
- Develop care and support plans that are child-centered and outcome-focused.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and best practice guidelines.

- A qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
