Responsibilities:

  • Build transparent reporting that connects call quality to high-level conversion KPIs.
  • Own incentive design for the sales team — making sure the best people earn the most and the whole team is aligned with business outcomes.
  • Build a coaching system that closes the gap between low and high performers.
  • Integrate AI sales agents into operational processes to increase conversion and reduce capacity load.
  • Develop Sales Leads into operationally strong, coaching-focused managers.
  • Own daily and weekly performance hygiene: call quality reviews, pipeline health, SLA compliance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing B2C high-ticket sales teams (average deal $8,000) targeting the US market.
  • Track record of leading a sales org through significant change and coming out stronger.
  • Strong data orientation: you think in conversion rates, sales cost, capacity models, and deal cycles.
  • Experience hiring and managing distributed teams across multiple markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to design compensation structures tied to business outcomes, not just activity.
  • Managed teams of 30 Sales Managers, including through team leads.
