The Learning Experience Product Manager will play a key role in shaping and scaling a portfolio of learning programs for tech teams. In this role, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of educational products—from market research, hypothesis generation, and concept validation to launch, iteration, and portfolio optimization. You will work at the intersection of learning, product, and business, ensuring our programs respond to market demand, deliver strong learner outcomes, and create measurable value for clients and the academy.

What you will do:

  • Own and scale the portfolio: Manage a portfolio of learning programs for tech teams end-to-end, from hypothesis generation and market validation to launch, iteration, and ongoing optimization.
  • Drive research and concept validation: Analyze market demand, identify portfolio gaps, validate new program ideas, and collaborate with subject-matter experts to shape relevant, high-impact learning solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery: Plan resources and define clear tasks for Learning Experience and production teams to ensure timely, high-quality content delivery.
  • Partner with Sales on client needs: Work closely with the sales team to analyze incoming client requests, identify recurring demand patterns, and contribute to course customization initiatives with a strong focus on ROI and business impact.
  • Use data to improve product quality: Monitor course performance and learner feedback, including CSAT and other relevant metrics, and prioritise updates and refactoring to keep programs effective and competitive.
  • Optimize portfolio performance: Track unit economics, reuse rates, and overall portfolio health to inform decisions about new development versus optimisation of existing assets.
  • Collaborate on platform improvements: Partner with the platform product team to define and prioritise features that improve the learning experience, especially for technical domain programs.

Key Metrics:

  • Course and learner satisfaction (e.g. CSAT)
  • Portfolio reuse rate

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle, from research and validation to launch and iteration.
  • Experience working with sales teams and/or market demand analysis for learning products.
  • Ability to connect product decisions to business value, ROI, and client outcomes.
  • Experience using product and learning metrics to drive improvements.
  • Practical understanding of AI tools and modern digital workflows.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with experts, content/LX teams, and product stakeholders.
  • English level: B2 or higher.

Nice to have:
