What youāll achieve
As the Head of Product, USA, youāll shape the future of career transformation technology and directly impact the lives of thousands of students. Reporting into the Chief Marketing Officer, you will define the US product vision, drive execution, and create a consistent, high-quality learning experience across all programs.
What you will do
- Lead product mission & strategy: Define the product vision for the US market with several thousands active students and translate it into a clear, actionable strategy. Create a consistent, seamless experience across all programs, features, and services.
- Deliver product outcomes: Establish clear success metrics to measure and improve key outcomes across student satisfaction, completion rates, and employment success.
- Own business performance: Manage the US product line's P&L in collaboration with Finance and Executive Leadership. Continuously optimize the product to support enrollment, retention, completion, and job outcomes.
- Lead the team & build culture: Lead, guide, and mentor a crossāfunctional team of US product organization (Product Development, Career Service, Onboarding, Support, Community teams). Foster a culture of clarity, accountability, tech curiosity, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 7+ years of increasing responsibility in product management, with at least 5 years in a formal leadership role.
- Proven experience managing teams of 20+ people, including leading leaders (having managers as direct reports).
- Significant experience in customerācentric products or serviceābased experiences.
- Proven track record leading product strategy and collaborative execution that delivered measurable business impact.
- Experience managing and nurturing product teams while building scalable product operations.
- Strong understanding of business fundamentals, including P&L thinking or direct budget ownership.
- Comfortable partnering with engineering and navigating technical decision making.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, inclusive leadership style. Adaptable, curious, and comfortable operating in fastāchanging environments.
- Able to travel quarterly internationally and domestically as required by the business.
- Experience in EdTech or educationāadjacent industries is a plus, but not required.
Technical Requirements
- English proficiency (advanced - C1 level).
- Familiarity with product analytics tools, experimentation platforms, and agile development methodologies.
- Understanding of educational technology trends, online learning best practices, and career services operations.

- Remote First Employment Contract
- Employment Contract options for candidates based in the Netherlands, Germany, or the UK. Other EU countries may be considered as well on a situational basis.
- Note: Long Term Contractor agreements are possible in other locations outside the EU, but must be closely aligned with Central European Time Zone.
- Monthly Salary Range 7.5 - 9k gross euro.
