We are looking for an experienced AI-native marketing practitioner and educator who combines strategic marketing expertise with deep hands-on experience applying AI across research, strategy, content creation, customer communication, and performance marketing. This role goes beyond instruction and involves acting as both expert and co-author of the course—shaping practical frameworks, real-world case studies, and continuously integrating emerging AI capabilities into modern marketing workflows.

What You Will Do

  • Help professionals redesign how marketing work is performed using AI to build repeatable AI-powered marketing systems that support real business outcomes:
    • AI-assisted research and competitive analysis
    • Strategy development and hypothesis testing
    • Positioning and messaging design
    • Scalable content creation systems
    • Personalized customer communication
    • B2B advertising and pipeline-focused campaigns

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging live sessions and applied workshops focused on real marketing workflows.
  • Co-develop and continuously refine course materials, frameworks, and applied exercises.
  • Demonstrate AI-powered marketing workflows across research, strategy, content, and performance marketing.
  • Rapidly integrate new AI tools, model capabilities, and features into the curriculum.
  • Help learners connect AI outputs to measurable marketing outcomes and business metrics.
  • Guide participants through hands-on projects and case-based learning.
  • Encourage structured experimentation and evidence-based marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate with the course team to ensure pedagogical clarity and industry relevance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or demand generation roles (B2B, B2C, or hybrid environments).
  • Advanced hands-on experience across multiple LLM ecosystems, with understanding of comparative strengths and practical applications, including:
    • ChatGPT / OpenAI models
    • Claude
    • Gemini
    • Perplexity and deep-research workflows
    • Emerging AI assistants and research agents
  • Ability to select appropriate models and tools depending on marketing tasks such as:
    • Research and competitive intelligence
    • Strategic analysis and hypothesis generation
    • Structured writing and messaging
    • Creative ideation and content scaling
    • Long-context synthesis and insight extraction
  • Strong practical understanding of generative AI workflows, including:
    • Advanced prompting and meta-prompting
    • Iterative refinement workflows
    • Verification and fact-checking practices
    • Hallucination mitigation
    • Brand-safe content generation
    • Output evaluation and cross-model comparison
  • Demonstrated model evaluation mindset, including ability to:
    • Compare outputs across models
    • Assess reliability and bias risks
    • Design lightweight evaluation criteria for marketing outputs
    • Determine when human judgment must override AI recommendations
  • Familiarity with AI creative and media tools (image, video, voice generation) and their practical and ethical considerations.

  • Availability to work within European time zones.
