The role is working within the Reactor Team. We are the architectural backbone of Tripledot Studios, building the systems and pipelines that power every studio globally. We proactively identify friction and engineer solutions that allow hundreds of developers to ship faster. Role Overview
We’re looking for a Game Developer who will act as the architect of UI systems and complex feature implementation, with a strong eye for UX and motion.
Key Responsibilities
- Building robust, reusable UI components and frameworks used across multiple studios.
- Programming the logic and sequencing for internal animation systems.
- Ensuring UI logic is performant (minimising rebuilds/draw calls) on mobile devices.
- Creating solutions that are stable and scalable for use by hundreds of internal developers.
- Independent worker who proactively optimises codebase and workflows.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Mastery in Unity UGUI - expert-level implementation of complex, scalable UI hierarchies and prefabs.
- Advanced C# architecture, strong OOP principles, specifically applied to UI systems and feature development.
- Proven ability to implement intricate UX flows and transitions from Figma specs into Unity.
- Experience designing systems/tools used by other developers or artists.
