Key Responsibilities

  • Own social media strategy with a primary focus on driving DTC KPIs and revenue.
  • Partner with the DTC team to design out-of-app audience capture strategies that support DTC growth.
  • Manage day-to-day social media execution across multiple studios and products.
  • Support, complement, or fully own a product’s social presence based on studio needs.
  • Coordinate and oversee outsourced social media partners where applicable.
  • Define and track social performance against DTC-focused KPIs.
  • Test and optimize content, formats, and calls-to-action to improve DTC outcomes.
  • Evaluate tools and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Work closely with DTC, Product, Analytics, and Studio teams to align social efforts with DTC initiatives and launches.
  • Provide clear insights into social performance and its impact on DTC results.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 5+ years of experience managing social media for consumer-facing products or brands.
  • Strong understanding of performance-driven social strategies tied to growth and conversion.
  • Experience operating social programs at scale, including coordination with external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to connect social activity to downstream business outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working in cross-functional, multi-studio environments.

Bonus Experience

  • Experience with Direct-to-Consumer platforms or web-based monetization.
  • Background in mobile gaming, live ops, or digital entertainment.
  • Familiarity with social tooling, automation, and workflow optimization.
