As the Senior Technical Artist, you will work alongside a skilled team for one of our leading games. This position requires a strong technical background and collaboration across various departments, to ensure optimal game performance and excellent visuals.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement the 'Unity layer' linking art and society with the programmers' codebase
- Construct new saber features within Unity, including Unity UI, following internal technical workflow
- Write custom C# components for complex visual elements
- Optimise new and existing features
- Create animations, particle effects, and custom shaders
- Expertise in the Unity engine, especially Unity UI
- Experience with different architectural approaches to game development
- Ability to write clean, performant C# code
- Experience working with Git and knowledge of its best practices
- Ability to create animations, particle effects and custom shaders
- Experience optimising games for smooth performance on various devices
