The role is working within our studio: PeopleFun. PeopleFun is an award‑winning creator of mobile games for players across the globe. PeopleFun is a Dallas‑based game studio founded and led by game industry veterans, where game developers thrive on collaboration, creativity, teamwork, and fun. Our games are played by over 25 million players each month, and we have a number of exciting mobile games in development to fuel the future growth of PeopleFun. We believe in bringing people together through fun by creating the best in class social features and communities in our games that enable our players to engage deeply with other players. Secondly, we endeavour to bring our studio teammates together by creating the very best game teams that foster healthy collaboration, incredible productivity, and life‑long professional relationships.
We are looking for an enthusiastic User Acquisition Manager to join our London Office. In this role, you will work closely with the Product and Marketing teams in order to improve our games' acquisition strategy. The role includes responsibility for:
- Managing and owning a variety of incentivised networks for some of the biggest mobile games in the world
- Owning end-to-end marketing responsibilities for one or two titles within PeopleFun
- Acting as the main point of contact between UA, creative, marketing, monetisation, product teams, and external partners
- Developing high-level creative strategy and collaborating on monetisation initiatives
- Managing budget forecasting, ROI projections, and aligning marketing strategies with studio leadership
- Optimising marketing spend in the millions and impressions in the hundreds of millions
Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- You are a strong analytical and technical person with strong communication skills who can problem-solve creatively and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- 2-5 years of User Acquisition experience
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of UA metrics
- Experience managing UA campaigns with significant budgets
- Experience with data visualization and UA tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Motivated, eager to learn and adaptable to fast-paced environments
- Gaming industry experience is nice to have
- Prior experience with mobile apps is a plus
