Role Overview
Talent Acquisition are strategic members of the HR team who partner with hiring managers to ensure the business recruits the best candidates in the market. By doing this you will help ensure that Tripledot Studios remains one of the best Mobile Games companies in the world. You will ensure that we prioritise quality over quantity, and that your approach is personalised and ensures an unparalleled candidate experience.

Key responsibilities:
- Partnering with Department Heads and Hiring Managers, advising on best practices and strategies to ensure we provide an exceptional in-house service.
- Providing an industry-leading candidate and hiring manager experience, ensuring that the business is in a strong position to hire and onboard high-value talent.
- Maintaining data across our Applicant Tracking System, LinkedIn Projects and Job Briefing records.
- Supporting recruitment for a number of departments across our growing business, including creative, technical, operational, commercial and marketing roles.
- Implementing processes that connect our candidates, hiring managers and HR teams to ensure we can hire the best talent in a quick, collaborative and engaging manner.
- Engaging with the best talent directly, leveraging our EVP and employer brand, minimising agency spend.
- Learning about our competitors, mapping where external talent is and benchmarking to ensure a competitive offer.
- Updating talent maps across all hard-to-find/fill technical, strategic and operational disciplines.
- Proactively seeking out ways to improve the workflows and systems. Coming up with ideas and solutions.
- Supporting wider projects that add value to the business such as employer brand strategy, external events, systems, tools and technology transformations as well as enhancing our data and analytics.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- At least 2 years experience in a Talent Acquisition role.
- Genuine interest in Mobile Games and staying on top of industry trends.
- Quick to learn and apply new information effectively.
- Strong stakeholder management with consistent, clear updates.
- Confident on video calls, engaging with both stakeholders and candidates.
- Proactive mindset who seeks out new tasks and identifies potential problems and solutions.
