We take pride in our craftsmanship, strong focus on outcomes, and continuous improvement, building highâquality, scalable games that players around the world love.Role Overview We\âre looking for a Director of Ad Monetisation to lead Tripledot\âs global advertising strategy across our portfolio of hit games.You\âll drive the strategy, analytics, partnerships, and innovation that power our ad monetisation performance overseeing more than $100M in annual ad revenue.This role demands exceptional analytical skill, deep technical understanding of the ad ecosystem, and the leadership to align Product, Data, and Engineering teams around monetisation excellence. You\âll combine strategic vision with handsâon optimisation â pushing the boundaries of how ads can drive growth without compromising player experience.Key Responsibilities Lead and optimise ad monetisation strategy across all Tripledot titles, balancing revenue growth with player experience.Manage the ad monetisation portfolio exceeding $100M annually, delivering growth through dataâdriven yield optimisation and testing.
