Description
Tripledot is one of the largest independent mobile games companies in the world. We are a multi-award-winning organisation, with a global 2,500+ strong team across 12 studios. Our expanded portfolio includes some of the biggest titles in mobile gaming, collectively reaching top chart positions around the world and engaging over 25 million daily active users. Tripledot’s guiding principle is that when people love what they do, what they do will be loved by others. We’re building a company we’re proud of – one filled with driven, incredibly smart and detail‑oriented people, who LOVE making games. Our ambition is to be the most successful games company in the world, and we’re just getting started.
The role is working within the Reactor Team. We are the architectural backbone of Tripledot Studios, building the systems and pipelines that power every studio globally. We proactively identify friction and engineer solutions that allow hundreds of developers to ship faster. If you want to define how games are made at a global scale and own your impact from day one, this is your team.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Game Developer who owns features end-to-end; architecting the logic (C#), building the visuals (Unity), and driving the execution from Product alignment to QA.
Key Responsibilities
- Feature architecture – "slicing" complex features from design into technical implementation plans.
- Building C# tools that automate workflows and validate assets for game teams.
- Identifying pipeline friction and fixing it without waiting for tickets ("Fix‑it‑now" mentality).
- Taking ownership of large‑scale technical initiatives with minimal supervision.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Expertise in Unity UGUI – ability to architect clean, performant hierarchies with precise anchor/layout logic. Mastery of Prefab Variants, custom layouts, and enforcing scalable architectural standards.
- Ability to write production-level C# code, tools, and editor extensions (not just scripting).
- Proven ability to design and translate complex UX flows and high‑fidelity designs from Figma into functional, logic‑ready game objects in Unity.
- Experience sequencing complex animations via code/internal systems (beyond just Timeline/Animator).
