Role Overview: As a Senior Creative Producer, you will be responsible for taking a concept from ground zero to launch. This involves every process from generating ideas to the final stages of production. For that, you will be sourcing and collaborating with production partners and artists who can bring the creative concepts to reality. This role requires cooperating with both internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end production of various creative formats, including static images, videos, UGC and playable ads, ensuring all meet high-quality standards.
- Manage the full creative process from concept creation through to testing, providing guidance and feedback to maintain quality throughout.
- Be accountable for creative performance and results.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on trends and best practices for high-performing videos across various channels.
- Take initiative in proposing and leading experiments, supporting your ideas with research and insights.
- Provide a portfolio showcasing relevant work and creative projects.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:
- Experience as a Marketing Creative Producer within the gaming industry.
- Experience in writing scripts and briefs for video content and playable ads.
- Knowledge of current trends in mobile gaming and mobile advertising.
- Understanding of the unique aspects of gameplay video creatives.
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics, with the ability to analyse and communicate the effectiveness of different creatives.
- Effective time management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse teams.
