Tripledot Studios is one of the largest independent mobile games companies in the world. We are a multi-award-winning organisation, with a global 2,500+ strong team across 12 studios. Our expanded portfolio includes some of the biggest titles in mobile gaming, collectively reaching top chart positions around the world and engaging over 25 million daily active users. Tripledot’s guiding principle is that when people love what they do, what they do will be loved by others. We’re building a company we’re proud of, filled with driven, incredibly smart and detail-orientated people, who LOVE making games.
As a Producer at Tripledot Studios, you will lead a team on multiple initiatives, ensuring smooth communication, resource management, and timely delivery of high-quality features. You will guide the team from prototyping to soft launches, driving success and growth. This role offers ownership of a skilled team, where you will manage essential ceremonies and processes while fostering collaboration both internally and with external stakeholders. It is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about maintaining delivery best practices while creating engaging player experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Ownership: Owning the timelines for games/features from design to release with ability to dive into technical discussions and translate coherently to stakeholders.
- Product Quality & Business Balance: Utilize a strong game sense to balance core business needs with delivering high-quality execution.
- Team Leadership & Delivery: Coordinate a cross-functional team of ~30 (Dev, Art, QA) across multiple tracks—maintaining live games and developing new prototypes simultaneously as well as managing release schedule and releases.
- Agile Facilitation: Own the team’s operating rhythm by leading agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives) to drive execution and resolve blockers.
- Central Team Synchronization: Manage dependencies with external departments (UA, Data, Central Tech), ensuring their requirements and deadlines are integrated into the project roadmap.
- Roadmapping & Reporting: Maintain transparent roadmaps and communicate progress to stakeholders through regular, visual reporting and clear work plans.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify production bottlenecks and risks, devising solutions to mitigate them before they impact the schedule or quality.
- Process Optimization: Continuously adapt production methodologies to fit the team’s needs, favoring efficiency over rigid adherence to dogma.
- Product Collaboration: Partner with the Product team to organize the backlog, ensuring tasks are distributed effectively to meet player and business goals.
- Culture & Conflict Resolution: Foster a productive environment by resolving interpersonal conflicts, maintaining high morale, and promoting accountability.
Required Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Production Experience: Proven track record in a Production/Delivery role within the games industry (Mobile preferred).
- Scale: Experience organizing and coordinating large teams (30+) through the full development cycle, from prototype to Live Ops.
- Methodology: Mastery of Agile/Scrum best practices, with the ability to tailor processes to team dynamics rather than imposing unnecessary procedures.
- Stakeholder Management: Skilled in managing cross-departmental dependencies and aligning external deadlines with internal schedules.
- Tool Proficiency: Advanced command of Jira and task-tracking suites to manage complex workflows.
- Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence for conflict resolution, motivation, and a supportive, facilitative leadership style.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to make independent, data-informed decisions regarding resource allocation and development paths.
Location: Willingness to work onsite in London, Barcelona, or Warsaw.
