Job Overview: We’re looking for a Director of Ad Monetisation to lead Tripledot’s global advertising strategy across our portfolio of hit games. You’ll drive the strategy, analytics, partnerships, and innovation that power our ad monetisation performance overseeing more than $100M in annual ad revenue.

This role demands exceptional analytical skill, deep technical understanding of the ad ecosystem, and the leadership to align Product, Data, and Engineering teams around monetisation excellence. You’ll combine strategic vision with hands‑on optimisation — pushing the boundaries of how ads can drive growth without compromising player experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and optimise ad monetisation strategy across all Tripledot titles, balancing revenue growth with player experience.
- Manage the ad monetisation portfolio exceeding $100M annually, delivering growth through data‑driven yield optimisation and testing.
- Oversee ad operations to ensure revenue stability and reliability, with any fluctuations—whether drops or spikes—identified, investigated, and addressed swiftly, accurately, and with high priority.
- Own and innovate within the ad tech stack and mediation strategy, adopting new technologies, experimenting with formats, and developing custom tools with engineering.
- Analyse performance at scale, turning eCPM, fill rate, and ARPDAU insights into actionable improvements.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, UA, BI, and Engineering to design and iterate on ad placements and segmentation.
- Build and mentor a world‑class monetisation team focused on analytics, ad ops, and partner management.
- Own relationships with ad partners and networks, ensuring Tripledot remains a leader in ad innovation and compliance.
- 5+ years’ experience in ad monetisation, ad tech, or performance marketing within gaming or mobile apps.
- Proven success managing $100M+ in annual ad revenue.
- Expert knowledge of mediation, waterfalls, bidding, and partner optimisation.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills — advanced in SQL, data tools, and statistical reasoning.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the capacity to engage with senior executives and external partners effectively.
- Strategic thinker with a data‑first mindset and hands‑on execution ability.
- Experience working closely with BI, Product, and Engineering on scalable ad tech solutions.
- Experience leading monetisation for a top‑grossing mobile studio or large‑scale app portfolio.
