Role Overview

We're looking for a smart, driven User Acquisition Manager to help grow our rewarded user acquisition business across multiple Tripledot Games. You will manage a portfolio of rewarded channels, identify the strongest channel-and-game opportunities, and scale successful campaigns through continuous experimentation and optimisation. Working alongside senior growth leaders and cross-functional teams, you will combine data, creative thinking and commercial judgement to drive sustainable player growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of rewarded user acquisition channels across multiple Tripledot Games.
  • Launch, monitor and optimise paid user acquisition campaigns across rewarded partners and other key acquisition channels.
  • Own campaign performance, budget allocation, ROI and spend optimisation across your portfolio.
  • Analyse campaign performance and player acquisition data, turning insights into clear optimisation decisions.
  • Scale successful channel-and-game combinations while continuously refining the portfolio based on performance.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Analytics, BI and UA Leads to define experiments, evaluate results and support growth priorities.
  • Collaborate with designers to develop, test and iterate on creative concepts that improve campaign performance.
  • Use BI, measurement and AI tools to improve analysis, execution and decision-making.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to uncover new growth opportunities through experimentation.
  • Communicate performance, insights and strategic recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
  • Take initiative in expanding the team's capabilities and identifying new rewarded acquisition opportunities.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 2–5 years of experience in User Acquisition, Performance Marketing or a similar growth-focused role.
  • Experience with rewarded apps or rewarded acquisition partners is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of mobile user acquisition, performance marketing principles and rewarded acquisition channels.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions using large datasets.
  • Experience working with BI and visualisation tools such as Looker or similar platforms.
  • Comfortable managing campaign budgets, analysing ROI and optimising marketing spend.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain performance insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across Product, Analytics, Creative and Growth teams.
