b Overview /b p In this role you lead the Finance Function for PuzzlePlay, a fast-growing startup within Tripledot Studios. You’ll own core accounting, treasury, FP A and strategic projects, with visibility across leadership and product teams. You’ll shape financial processes and controls as the business scales, including expansion into new markets. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with autonomy and the backing of a major gaming group. You’ll help build a standalone finance function aligned with PuzzlePlay’s growth and product-driven economics. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li Hybrid Working /li li 20 days remote working /li li Private medical cover /li li Dental cover /li li Pension plan /li li Life assurance group income protection /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead month-end close, reporting, reconciliations and intercompany accounting /li li Manage treasury, FX exposure and payment provider relationships /li li Oversee reward liabilities, settlement cycles and cash flow /li li Build and maintain finance controls around fraud, abuse and user payouts /li li Lead budgeting, forecasting and KPI reporting /li li Build financial models around PuzzlePlays economics and user dynamics /li li Partner with Product on financial implications of new features /li li Support entry into new territories including tax, payments, regulatory and compliance /li li Collaborate with Legal, KYC/Compliance and external advisors /li li Develop intercompany recharge arrangements and finance systems/controls as the business scales /li li Own statutory reporting and audit as the business reaches scale /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) /li li 1–2 years PQE /li li Commercially minded with strong technical accounting fundamentals /li li Autonomous and able to adapt in a fast-moving environment /li li Comfortable building processes where they don’t yet exist /li li Experience working across finance, product, operations and leadership /li li Keen to develop experience in financial modelling, payments, multi-currency and international operations /li /ul ul li commercial mindset /li li adaptability /li li cross-functional collaboration /li li month-end close and financial reporting /li li treasury management and FX /li li intercompany accounting /li /ul
