  • Manage the ad monetisation portfolio exceeding $100M annually, delivering growth through data‑driven yield optimisation and testing.
  • Oversee ad operations to ensure revenue stability and reliability, with any fluctuations—whether drops or spikes—identified, investigated, and addressed swiftly, accurately, and with high priority.
  • Own and innovate within the ad tech stack and mediation strategy, adopting new technologies, experimenting with formats, and developing custom tools with engineering.
  • Analyse performance at scale, turning eCPM, fill rate and ARPDAU insights into actionable improvements.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, UA, BI and Engineering to design and iterate on ad placements and segmentation.
  • Build and mentor a world‑class monetisation team focused on analytics, ad ops and partner management.
  • Own relationships with ad partners and networks, ensuring Tripledot remains a leader in ad innovation and compliance.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in ad monetisation, ad tech or performance marketing within gaming or mobile apps.
  • Proven success managing $100M+ in annual ad revenue.
  • Expert knowledge of mediation, waterfalls, bidding and partner optimisation.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills — advanced in SQL, data tools and statistical reasoning.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the capacity to engage with senior executives and external partners effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with a data‑first mindset and hands‑on execution ability.
  • Experience working closely with BI, Product and Engineering on scalable ad tech solutions.

Desirable:

  • Experience leading monetisation for a top‑grossing mobile studio or large‑scale app portfolio.
  • Familiarity with predictive modelling or machine learning in ad optimisation.

Benefits:
