Role Overview
We are looking for an AI Engineer to build video and image automation pipelines that support Marketing creative production. In this role, you will develop and maintain workflows that meet team requirements while experimenting with new models and techniques to improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate video and image generation pipelines using ComfyUI, Weavy, or similar node-based platforms, as well as GenAI models, to handle high-volume production.
- Create automated systems to produce marketing assets at the volume and speed required for testing and iteration.
- Replace time-intensive manual processes with automation to ensure faster turnaround of marketing assets.
- Experiment with novel model and tool combinations to enhance existing workflows and create new ones.
- Partner with Creative, UA and AI teams to translate campaign needs into optimal technical workflows.
- Develop systems that allow non-technical users to generate assets independently and provide onboarding for Marketing Artists and Motion Designers.
- Test new combinations of tools and models to enhance existing workflows.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Practical experience building image and video automation pipelines with ComfyUI or similar tools.
- Ability to work across various generative AI tools (e.g., Krea, Scenario) and integrate them into custom pipelines.
- Proficiency in Python, with knowledge of common genAI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with prompt engineering and active application of genAI coding tools like Claude Code in daily work.
- Comfortable navigating AWS environments to deploy, manage, and monitor automation scripts.
- Proven experience in effectively integrating existing tools and techniques into wider custom pipelines.
- Experience documenting systems and training others to use automated tools.
- Active engagement with the Gen AI community and current open/closed-source offerings.
- A portfolio demonstrating your experience in building and integrating functional workflows.
