  • Partner with Product Managers, Analytics, BI and UA Leads to define experiments, evaluate results and support growth priorities.
  • Collaborate with designers to develop, test and iterate on creative concepts that improve campaign performance.
  • Use BI, measurement and AI tools to improve analysis, execution and decision-making.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to uncover new growth opportunities through experimentation.

  • Experience with mobile measurement platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust or similar MMPs.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions using large datasets.
  • Experience working with BI and visualisation tools such as Looker or similar platforms.
  • Comfortable managing campaign budgets, analysing ROI and optimising marketing spend.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, experimentation-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain performance insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across Product, Analytics, Creative and Growth teams.
  • Curious, highly motivated and eager to continuously test, learn and improve.
